Design Highlights :

The objective is to design a management institute that balances the lifestyle of students yet creating the perfect blend between physical activity and mental aspect of the student life. A design that has something for everyone in it. A design that is closer to the Indian ancient " Gurukul System ". It has  College, Residential and hostel, combining these activities together yet maintaining the blurred space being a necessity for the residential and hostel. The design will respond to the local climatic conditions and generate solutions to maximize the positivity of the situation. Also, the design should correspond to the site context and give something back to the locality by its presence
