Design Highlights

Socio-Commercial Hub is in a way hybrid link between the centre, a cultural hub and a convention center at a much-reduced scale. To create a space that can form node for holding and experiencing commercial, cultural and social activities. The project will explore the symbolic character of commerce and culture. It would help to evolve a contemporary model of the conventional Indian market. The project would help to explore the inter-relationship of spaces and the challenges caused by design which restrict spaces to a particular segment of the public.

 

Concept And proposal

The aim is to create a space that can form the node for organization and experiencing commercial, cultural and social activities.

It would also try to explore the possible integrations of functions that usually exists at larger distances.

The main motive of the project is to bring forth the traditional and cultural values which are getting neglected and are being vanished new-a-day.

The project will prove to be a boon for preserving the varied cultural heritage as well as be equally beneficial in enhancing in enhancing the local practices and traditions followed in the city.

The ability to provide entertainment, recreation, shopping, tradition values, local aspirations all under one roof would be satisfied with this project.

This would act as an incentive for consumer to have the the leisure physically which is recently substituted by networking and mass media.
